Shared lounge was great, I got to meet interesting people. Garden and terrace were lovely, perfect for sipping my champagne. Breakfast options were fabulous, I felt like a queen.

Water pressure was a joke, who needs showers anyway? Also, duvet so small it barely covered one of my toe.

The value for money was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with rooms featuring two floor to ceiling windows that offered a beautiful view of the pool. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the Tam Coc river was perfect, as it was near all the restaurants and shops and very close to the center. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in good condition. Moreover, the breakfast offered was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the location was great for exploring the local area. We appreciated the bikes and scooters that were available to rent at a reasonable cost and made it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

While the staff were great, the breakfast selection was limited and took a while to arrive. there were some maintenance issues in our room, such as a broken wardrobe and curtain pole.

From the beautifully designed rooms with two floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the pool, to the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, every aspect of our experience was well-thought-out. Lastly, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated near all the restaurants and shops, and right next to the Tam Coc river, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the boat ride trip in Tam Coc.

Our stay at King Kong Homestay was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful owner and staff. The homestay is new and clean, and our private room was nice and comfortable. We rented bicycles at a low cost and had a beautiful boat trip to An Trang. The breakfast was delicious and they respected all our wishes. We highly recommend King Kong Homestay to everyone! a fantastic experience.

the homestay, called King Kong, was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. the staff, especially Phan Anh, were professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the homestay had everything we needed including bike rental and tourism maps. the highlight was the river in front of the homestay, where we could walk around and relax. I highly recommend staying at King Kong Homestay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the center and right next to the river. Also, the hotel facilities were modern and stylish, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were great, and the staff was very attentive.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot showers and modern decor. the location was perfect for exploring the local area, with stunning scenery right on the doorstep and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Another advantage was the breakfast, which offered a good selection of tasty food and drinks to start the day off right.

The staff's level of English was not great, which made communication a bit difficult at times. we had to pay for water after the first day, which we weren't expecting.

The hotel was located in a prime area, with close proximity to the Tam Coc river and the city center. the room was modern and clean with a comfy bed and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a good range of menu items. Bikes and scooters were available for rent at a reasonable cost.

There were some maintenance issues in the room and the pool was out of order during the stay, which was disappointing.
